In addition to PepsiCo Ireland, which forms part of PepsCo Worldwide Flavours and which is headquartered in Cork, Ireland, there is also PepsiCo Ireland Food and Beverage, whose headquarters are situated in Drogheda, Co. Louth.
PepsiCo Ireland Food and Beverage is responsible for the sales and development of the Walkers Crisps and Snacks brands which include Doritos, Sensations, Quavers and Wotsits, as well as the core Walkers brand throughout Ireland.

Education Programmes
In China, PepsiCo supports literacy and education programs in communities near our operations. We’ve built libraries where our employees donate their time and skills to provide education to children.
Water Quality
The PepsiCo Foundation has grant aided projects to improve water quality in rural areas of Africa, Bangladesh and India.
Nutritional Requirements
Along with a group of global manufacturers, PepsiCo has committed to only advertise and market products to children which meet specific nutritional requirements.
The Role of Women
PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours have introduced specific initiatives designed to develop their future managerial and leadership talent pipeline. The initiatives include PWF Leadership Development Program, International Graduate Management Development Program, PWF Mentoring Program, and First Time Managers Program. Through these initiatives the talent pipeline within PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours has been strengthened and enhanced. However, the focus on diversity of participants has resulted in a higher percentage of women taking up managerial roles in PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours.
Healthy Ingredients
We’re introducing products with more whole grains, fiber, fruits and vegetables. We are also reformulating some of our existing products by reducing trans fats to negligible levels while also reducing total fat, saturated fat, salt and added sugar.
