Graduate Development Programme
In order to continue developing its Global Talent Pipeline, PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours (PWF) is looking for highly talented and ambitious Graduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Our Graduate Development Programme is designed to provide candidates with the opportunity to develop to their full potential by exposing them to key aspects of our business outside the core areas of project management, engineering and operations. Opportunities for a stimulating work environment across our multiple global locations will be available for successful applicants.
On successful completion of the 22 month Graduate Programme, the top Science/Engineering/Manufacturing Graduates will be identified and will progress to a Junior Management position within PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours.

Qualifications Required
Minimum 2 (Hons.) with 1 (or expected) degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing or technical related disciplines.

Work Experience
Previous work experience is an advantage but not essential.
Language
Fluent level of written & spoken English is essential. A knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
